TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETREATS
*You must read these terms and conditions prior to booking your place on the retreat*
Your health and safety are a priority for us and we endeavour to make this retreat a safe and
enjoyable experience. It is your responsibility as a retreat attendee to ensure that you only
participate in activities on the retreat that are suitable for you.
Please note that all activities are undertaken at your own risk.
It is your responsibility to notify the facilitators if you have any conditions that are contraindicated
for the activity at hand. If in doubt, please consult your medical doctor before undertaking any of
the activities; none of the sessions and services on this retreat are intended to replace medical
supervision or advice.
Important Booking Information
A minimum deposit (as stated) is required at booking to secure your place on any of our retreats. Once deposits are made they are NON-REFUNDABLE. Your place on the retreat is not guaranteed until we have received full payment. You may pay in weekly or monthly instalments once you have paid the initial deposit, however the full amount is required 4 weeks prior to the start of the retreat, or your place may be forfeited.
Nature's Magick has the right to cancel any bookings made without notice. If you are unable to attend the retreat you will need to inform us soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, refunds can be issued up to 6 weeks before the start of the retreat. Please note in this instance that the initial deposit is non-refundable.
You must inform Nature’s Magick Retreats of any allergies and intolerances you might have. Some
foods may create allergic and possibly fatal reactions, specifically foods containing nuts. Whilst every
effort will be made in the preparation and handling of food, Nature’s Magick cannot guarantee an
entirely allergen free environment and therefore you must assume all resulting risks. You should
consult your doctor prior to any nutritional changes to your diet and remember that any nutritional
advice received during the retreat is not a substitute for medical advice nor is it intended to prevent
or treat any medical condition. By booking and attending the retreat, you are consenting to the
Gong baths are not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy, for anybody with metal
implants or pacemakers, suffering from epilepsy, or from severe mental health issues. By attending the workshop, you are consenting to conditions of the gong bath.
If you have epilepsy, psychosis, a history of disassociation or any other condition for which a medical
doctor would advise against it, you should not do hypnotherapy in this setting. By attending the workshop, you are consenting to the terms and conditions of being hypnotised.
Pole & Sensual Dance
Pole classes are not suitable for anyone who has had surgery or has given birth in the last 6 months
unless with the express approval of your doctor. It is your responsibility to tell your instructor if this
applies to you. Your injuries are your responsibility – please tell your instructor before class about
any specific conditions and follow their advice. By participating in the pole activities, you undertake to observe the
following important health and safety guidelines for pole:
● Always listen to your instructor
● Do not do new moves without a spotter
● Always listen to your body and ask for an easier variation if you are not ready for a move
● Do not apply oils, moisturisers, tanning products or any creams on the day of your class as
greasy skin can be dangerous for you and whoever else uses your pole
● Remove all jewellery for the class
