As a trained dancer I've always been interested in how the body works. I decided I want to learn how integral health and food was to sustain a strong body and mind and in 2014 my journey began at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. In 2020 I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist and Vegan Natural Chef. These studies, alongside 250 hours of clinical practice, together with the success I've had in restoring my own body from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), anaemia and chronic fatigue, have lead me to develop plant-based living programs to help my clients maintain a sustainable plant-based diet and conscious lifestyle. I use fresh, seasonal, and where possible, locally grown plant foods. A lot of the recipes I develop are plant-based Mediterranean, which is my personal favourite cuisine.
In addition, I run holistic and spiritual retreats (Nature's Magick Holistic Retreats) where I develop therapeutic food menus, cook, teach nutritional and dance workshops.
I'm also a Pole Dance Instructor and a qualified Choreographer, and in 2017 I founded my own dance school (Exotique Dance School).
At these retreats, I combine my passion for naturopathy, dance and spirituality to create a safe space for women where they can feel empowered. I teach body awareness, self-love and the importance of food to strengthen our physical and emotional well-being.
