 When we eat, it should be to nourish and supply ourselves with the needed nutrients. 

Plant-based cooking can be beneficial when holistic way of cooking is adapted. For example deep frying is never healthy regardless if it's plant-based or not.  

 a whole food plant-based diet has been now widely researched and proven to give us more nutrient abundance than animal-based foods.
